Lexi Day

Lexi Day is an inspiring young speaker and an integral
member of the Think and Be Me team. At the age of 19, Lexi brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of lived experience to her work.

Lexi's journey as a speaker began alongside her mother, Cat Levine, as they embarked on a mission to deliver mental wellbeing education and teacher training in schools across New Zealand. Drawing from her own challenges with mental health as a young person, Lexi is passionate about helping children navigate similar struggles through early intervention and support.

With unwavering dedication to her cause, Lexi has found her voice through sharing her personal story. Her experiences have not only empowered her but have also served as a beacon of hope for others facing similar challenges. Through heartfelt storytelling and genuine empathy, Lexi has discovered the transformative power of her narrative in inspiring and uplifting those around her.

Driven by her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young people, Lexi's contributions to Think and Be Me extend beyond her role as a speaker. She actively participates in developing innovative approaches to mental health education and is committed to creating safe and supportive environments for children to thrive.
Offstage, Lexi is a relentless advocate for mental health awareness and continues to seek opportunities to amplify her message. With her remarkable resilience and unwavering determination, Lexi Day is making a meaningful impact on mental health education and advocacy, one school at a time.
