Kate practised as a paediatrician in the United states for twelve years before relocating to Australia with her family. She is married to her medical school anatomy lab partner and they have two delightful boys, Jack and Sam. Jack was a guest speaker at the London DFTB conference a few years back. Kate loves vaccines, working with teenagers, cooking, eating, jogging, and bird watching. She'll be your best friend if you can get her a kiwi sighting.
